Each Yoga Bootcamp follows a theme. You will emerge from the Yoga Bootcamp having stepped towards stunning posture and a feeling of vitality and health, continuing your overall health program. These Yoga BootCamps are the ‘Best Of’ Yoga we have done all year. As people get busy at this time of year, there will be a balance of poses that help build vitality and energy as well.

Hello Mel.
One of the great things about Yoga BootCamps is that every attendee gets a 45 minute sign-on so we can discuss this sort of issue, look at range of movement and fit the poses to the individual.
Next Yoga BootCamp starts 18 October, so I am taking bookings now for spots and indivual sign-ons. Of course, burns are a serious issue, so I would like to find out more about the severity and healing so we can see if October BootCamp fits for you. I am very interested in attending the yoga bootcamps.
Unfortunately I suffered some pretty intense burns a few weeks ago and still healing, but I should be good to go again in 2 weeks time. I realise your dates started 20 September, but unfortunately I am not in a position to start now. Please could you kindly let me know what my options are?
