Milton Yoga Studio offers classes and courses in yoga for beginners
Fact: We will be open through January 2012, so you can book in now for your spot in classes and courses.
Fact: People are scared about starting yoga – don’t be!
We run courses and casses that you will fit into if you are in these categories:
- mid-morning dynamic style (9.15 am)
- mid-morning yoga hatha style (9.15 am)
- evening classes 6pm and 7.20pm
- Weekend yoga classes Saturdays and Sundays 8 am
- Pregnancy classes and courses daytime
- Regular Beginners Yoga courses
- Regular Meditation coursese groups
- Corporate groups in Yoga, Pilates, Fitness (Personal Training)
Start this week – hop on in! For many people, starting yoga is a step that will change their lives forever. Much more than exercise, or stretching, true yoga is the beginning of a fabulous relationship with yourself.
Why not join us here where we take Yoga, and you seriously, and explore different options showing you ways to learn and to love yoga depending on your time, interest and budget. You can also

The best way to begin is with a Yoga BootCamp as y ou have a range of movement and intro session with me at the group sign-on session, plus a small group working to a theme during the bootcamp. 3379 7404, 0410 570 441 or bootcamps@miltonyogastudio.com.au
If you absolutely can’t do mornings, come to the workshop 1 Feb 6.30 – 8.30pm.

I have been going to Bikram yoga on and off for a little while, but would like to be able to go to a class with my 9 year old son. What is the minimum age for participants?

Hi, I am interested in doing yoga for flexibility, strength and posture. I have never done yoga before and wondered what course or class would be best to join.
