My name is Susan Wanmer and I have run this Yoga Studio for 8 years here at Milton. I have been teaching yoga for 22 years – or something like that!

Remember that Milton Yoga Studio is ideally situated for easy access from Petrie Terrace, Kelvin Grove, Torwood, Auchenflower, Paddington, Red Hill, Windsor, West End (now that we have the bridge link), Toowong, the Western suburbs and Northern suburbs. We have clients who travel from much further, but if you live locally, make us your local Yoga Studio, we’d love to have you

    The best way to begin is with a Yoga BootCamp as y ou have a range of movement and intro session with me at the group sign-on session, plus a small group working to a theme during the bootcamp. 3379 7404, 0410 570 441 or bootcamps@miltonyogastudio.com.au

    If you absolutely can’t do mornings, come to the workshop 1 Feb 6.30 – 8.30pm.

  2. I have been going to Bikram yoga on and off for a little while, but would like to be able to go to a class with my 9 year old son. What is the minimum age for participants?

  3. Hi, I am interested in doing yoga for flexibility, strength and posture. I have never done yoga before and wondered what course or class would be best to join.
