NEW! Yoga Class – Active Yoga  or Sports Stretch helps you learn and master the basics of Yoga for the active or sporty person. Tips given in every class right up to Christmas.

Tuesdays 7.25 pm is designed for you if you are an Active or Sport/ Gym person wanting the benefits of yoga. You can be a beginners to Yoga, or refreshing if you have done some yoga before. The level of your yoga doesn’t matter. This is an outcome-based class for the physically active person. Your experienced yoga teacher, Susan Wanmer, will take you through the essentials of Yoga for the active body, and I will personalise the poses and techniques to your body. Especially important if you are in training, or have injuries.
