Two Timeslots:   5.45 am – 6.45 am  or  7.00 am – 8.00 am

Benefits from this week is top to toe Yoga for your Spring Vitality. Cheekily calling this ‘Beach Body’ as we brush away winter bodies and get active again! I’ve added a little Pilates in with the best Yoga poses, to work your Core.
