Last Group sign-on* session is MONDAY 20 SEPTEMBER 6.30PM to start from Tuesday morning 6 am.
Welcome to beginners or new ‘recruits’ you can have your initial session before to bring you up to speed, even if you can’t start Monday 20th. All levels welcome — you simply need to be registered and pre-paid so we can do your range of movement, familiarisation and goal. “Induction” sessions essential for all new ‘recruits’ as soon as you have prepaid. The reason we can mix differing levels of experience is the sign-in session to get everyone up to speed.
We take enquiries and bookings 7 days a week until sold out. Attend Mondays – Thursdays 6 am – 7 am. Up to 11 sessions over three weeks give fabulous results.
Yoga Intensives [BootCamps], are a specific fast-track program. Over 5 – 12 sessions, your yoga will focus on four specific categories.
1. Yoga for stretch, tone, strength, cardio and core
2. Yoga for relaxation[meditative and relaxation skills]
3. Yoga for winter health- boost your immune system, cleanse and prepare your body
4. Yoga for energy, vitality and rejuvenation
