Enter into the spirit of Melbourne Cup with our Tuesday Try-fecta of yoga classes at Milton Yoga Studio, Brisbane. Want to freshen up, prepare your body for a wonderful day out, and maybe a little over-indulgence? Come to the 9.15 am Gentle Yoga Class. You’ll be out by 10.30 am – plenty of time to glam up for the Big Day!

After the event, traditionally, Susan Wanmer’s class after Melbourne Cup, offer Recovery Poses for digestion and liver…… Put it this way – if you haven’t indulged, this is a good cleanse, metabolism stimulator, and relaxation class.
