New! Choose Yoga or Pilates BootCamps
Yoga BootCamp, Pilates BootCamp running for three weeks and starting from next week – 30th April.
You can now choose by timeslot – Yoga BootCamp is at 5.45 am, and the unique Pilates BootCamp runs at 7 am – 8 am, over three weeks.
Booking now for next week. Sign-on sessions to confirm your place is on Sunday 29th at 5 pm (if there are spots left). Alternatively, contact us for a time to suit you.
