NEW! Yoga Course – Active Yoga or Sports Stretch helps you learn and master the basics of Yoga for the active or sporty person in specialised classes over 4 weeks.
Tuesdays 7.25 pm is designed for you if you are an Active or Sport/ Gym person wanting the benefits of yoga. You can be a beginner to Yoga, or refreshing your skills if you have done some yoga before. The level of your yoga doesn’t matter. This is an outcome-based course for the physically active person. The course will take you through the essentials of Yoga for the active body, and I will personalise the poses and techniques to your body. Especially important if you are in training, or have injuries.
My Yoga is an excellent way to continue working your body whilst healing and learning different skills, including proprioception – essential for the active or sports person.
