Pilates Groups start next week!

We’re preparing for Easter with a beautiful, sunny, holiday feeling in the air. The Pilates and Yoga Combo Program is an early morning session at 7 am – 8 am. The next Program starts from Monday 6th May, and runs for three weeks.

Small group size means that it is easy to work personally with attendees improving technique and building your energy, tone, strength and stretch.
