Yoga BootCamp Program Week 1/3
Location: Milton Yoga Studio 1/47 Castlemaine St Milton
Description: Yoga BootCamp Program runs for three weeks starting from 12 September. There are twelve sessions ofered in the Program, but you don’t have to attend all sessions. Think of each session like a mini-workshop. Signon this week and start next week if that works better for you.
Early morning sessions 6 am to 7 am. All welcome, all levels.

Start Date: from Monday 12- Sept 2011
Start Time: 6am
End Date: sessions are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Week One ends on Thursday 15th Sept (we don’t take new ‘recruits once the proram has started. You are welcome to sign-on, and start week two, but the program is written for the group attending).
Daily sessions end at 7am sharp.
