Monday 23rd will be the last general sign-ons for Yoga BootCamp,and Pilates Group programs. We kick off with most the teams in just a few short hours, and recruits have already told me they are going to bed early, eating a good dinner, or a range of other health related activities in preparation for the three delightful weeks ahead.
Once the groups start, (after Monday evening sign-on), we don’t take on any newcomers, so the Teams build over the three weeks – but you can always register your interest for the next one at either 5.45 am, or 7 am if you want a little Pilates in your program as well.
