Yoga Stretch & Core BootCamp, Milton Yoga Studio starts next week from Monday 19th March. This popular three-week program offers new ‘recruits’ as fast week to improve all aspects of yoga. Most attendees want to build core strength, and love the feeling of stretch that yoga gives. Many are also looking to relax better, improve focus and concentration at work, and wellness and looking good are always popular as well.

The very last spots are filling now for the two teams

5.45 am – 6.45 am and the popular
