I am thrilled to bring a popular request into the Studio. Many times I am asked about Stretching, how to do stretches for different areas – legs, hips, shoulders.
Starting Monday 7th April, I am running two early morning Yoga Stretch sessions. This is a once-a-event in the break between Yoga BootCamps.
Join me 4 mornings a week for these two weeks.
Timeslots are 5.45 am, or 7 am. Both sessions run for one hour.
You do not need to have done Yoga before to attend – and to benefit.
I am highly experienced at leading all bodies, all stages through the yoga poses – you’ll get great results!
You do not need to be flexible to attend.
Yoga Stretching will give you more Freedom, more Vitality, and loosen you up just in time for Easter!
