Tuesdays 7.25 pm is designed for you if you are an Active or Sport/ Gym person wanting the benefits of yoga. You can be a beginner to Yoga, or refreshing your skills if you have done some yoga before. The level of your yoga doesn’t matter. This is an outcome-based course for the physically active person. The course will take you through the essentials of Yoga for the active body, and I will personalise the poses and techniques to your body. Especially important if you are in training, or have injuries.
My Yoga is an excellent way to continue working your body whilst healing and learning different skills, including proprioception – essential for the active or sports person.

Thurdays 7.25 pm is designed for beginners to Yoga, refreshers anyone who wants to use Yoga for Stress Management, calm, relaxation and to integrate physical yoga poses into their wellbeing lifestyle. The course will take you through the essentials of Yoga, including breathing techniques and a different guided meditation each week.
My expertise is that I personalise the poses and techniques to your body. Your age and ability don’t matter, just that you are interested in learning how to do Yoga for relaxation and stress management and to get the most benefit from your Yoga for your one precious life!

Yoga Workshop for Health and VITALITY!
I am constantly asked “How do I build better health, and create more VITALITY?”. Part of the reason why that is a popular question, is that people are told the YOGA can help them become healthier, and to have more energy. The other reason, I think, is that people calculate the energy they have to do what they need to do in a day, and want to feel healthier, fresher, and to have more strength/ power/ energy/ vitality, to do what they need to do, and to have some energy left over.

So, I have created a Yoga Worklshop where I go through the Eight Essential Keys with you to Build Health and Create More Vitality. AND – the workshop is on this Saturday 17 November. Open to all, ‘ability’ or prior knowledge of yoga is not a pre-requisite. I am opening this up to anyone interested in creating better health, and more vitality.

Yoga Spring BootCamp starts in just one week, and is signing on right now!
If you haven’t heard of Milton Yoga Studio’s Yoga BootCamps before, they are three week long, early morning programs 5.45 am – 6.45 am. You can attend a minimum of 5 – and up to 12 sessions of yoga. Sessions are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
To attend for the first time, everyone starts on the same foot as there is a group sign-on session which sets the scene for those new to Yoga- or new to Yoga BootCamps.
The group sign-on dates scheduled are Wednesday 10th October at 6 pm, and Sunday 14th October at 5 pm. If you can’t make those dates, we will schedule another time for you as sign-on is your most important first session! [If you are attendign the 7 am – 8 am ‘Pilates with Soul’ Program instead – you attend the same sign-on sessions.]

Yoga Flow warms us up!
Yoga Flow class is perfect for the 5.45 pm timeslot on Thursdays. Cosy group in a self-regulating flow-style class with Karen. If you are beginning yoga, for most people, you do what you can as you learn, and make progress each week. Once you come regularly and become more familiar with the yoga flow poses, you will get even more from your class.
