Yoga Workshop for Health and VITALITY!

I am constantly asked “How do I build better health, and create more VITALITY?”. Part of the reason why that is a popular question, is that people are told the YOGA can help them become healthier, and to have more energy. The other reason, I think, is that people calculate the energy they have to do what they need to do in a day, and want to feel healthier, fresher, and to have more strength/ power/ energy/ vitality, to do what they need to do, and to have some energy left over.

So, I have created a Yoga Worklshop where I go through the Eight Essential Keys with you to Build Health and Create More Vitality. AND – the workshop is on this Saturday 17 November. Open to all, ‘ability’ or prior knowledge of yoga is not a pre-requisite. I am opening this up to anyone interested in creating better health, and more vitality.

Intake is by application and interview only, as you need to be on your  personal journey towards increased wellness – this is an experiential learning, not a purely academic one.

Being on your path simply means you are heading in the direction of health. You don’t have to be a health nut! Nor do you need to be ‘good’ at yoga (this is one of the myths we will bust). No prior yoga simply means you are trained in good habits from the start – and you will have at least 12 months yoga behind you by the time you finish.

Simon Borg-Olivier demonstrates anatomically safe YOGA in this short video. Accessible to all levels, Simon welcomes all interested people into his ‘Applied Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga” Immersion course which runs for two weekends 12 – 14 November and 19 – 21 November 2010. If you can’t attend both, come to either weekend- they are separate sessions which complement, but not essential if you can’t do both.
