Recruits went well at the outdoor session yesterday. I will try to take a photo of them next week, draped in backbends over the Stadium’s concrete stairs like some abstract artist’s surreal ‘installation’. A little tired today, so we did a more recuperative style session. Recruits worked Deep Breathing, Breathe of Fire, and Naulis. We did Naulis in own unique teaching style [lying on the back] and you could see the abdomen and waist changing as the body started to activate more and more precisely.
We also talked about the fact that in a gentle Detox, the body won’t let go when it is tired, stressed or strung out. Stress management is the primary key to health and detoxing.
