Day 4: See those muscles melting!

Sgt Bootcamp is wondering whether the recruits are as thrilled as she was to finally see some breakthroughs with the connection to self, breathing, and melting into the poses–particulary janu sirsasana.  Recruits repeatedly gain ground, and make major breakthroughs in the three weeks of Yoga Bootcamp and this morning was no exception–finally!  It was obvious that some recruits were seeking to move the spine and muscles differently and to feel different parts of the postures.

 Walking behind, looking at backs it was beautiful to see the breath and lifeforce moving as the bodies released rather than seeing hard turtle-backs and forced stretching. Keep it up Yoga Bootcampers!
