Day 5: Cold Air, Warm Bodies!

A chilly breeze at 0600hrs, but the recruits warmed up quickly with a tai-chi style flowing limbering moving for the spine whilst standing in elephant pose.

Today’s yoga stretch focus was continuing with the back, shoulders and spine, leading into the legs and finishing with thigh against the wall.

Epaulette seems to have passed the mantle of cheekiness on to Clarity who took the teasing in a spirit of Yoga Bootcamp fun. Standing forward bends and bridge/ counterbalance/ twist sequence still need attention my Bootcampers. Their will be a Team Challenge on Day 6 – to be revealed!
