We have now covered most of the postures written especially for this Yoga Bootcamp, and now we can go deeper in to the poses. This morning we added Lion Pose for the throat, and Supta Padangusthasana with a strap and against the wall to the standing poses.
A deliciously cold morning we did a one-legged balancing sequence to warm up effectively, then into yoga lunges and standing forward bends before heading to the floor. Although we had not repeated the balancing sequence since days one and two, everyone was more focussed and more stable. That is the amazing way Yoga works!
A bright and beautiful start to the week the recruits headed off well-worked and well-warmed …and stretched. SGT .
