Heart Yoga

Tomorrow is St Valentine’s Day. In Yoga Bootcamp, we are going to focus on postures that work the heart organ, and the heart energy. We are releasing recruit Promise, who is off to do some Bhakti Yoga with a friend, and we are going to lift the Team’s energy by doing  the lunge sequence with music. On Valentine’s Day, we offer thanks that we can access the full pallette of emotions with a sense of purpose and a sense a release to make us full and complete human beings!

  1. Thanks for the comment Serenity! I keep forgetting to tell recruits they can comment on the Blog. The music was ‘Seal’. It has fantastic rythms going through it – both calming and uplifting. I have been using it to prepare the forthcoming ‘couples yoga’ workshop, and relationships series.
