The Summer Energy recruits graduated on Thursday. In the feedback circle, some kilos have been lost. Common to most recruits was a feeling of having worked every muscle in their body, stronger back, strength and awareness of tummy and core, better posture. Postures that challenged the fitness in week one, were easier in week three, proving that fitness levels and ability had improved. Then there were other great gains such as bringing the concept of calming the nervous system in the work day and taking a moment to centre and calm ‘even at work’!
