Yoga Flow Bootcamp

Yoga ‘Flow’ Bootcamp ran Monday 25 August, graduating Thursday 11 September at 6 am. Completely new and revamped – recruits absolutely loved it! This is the first time we have taught a sequence over the three weeks and all recruits gained so much more strength through the legs and body. We aimed to teach a sequence that could be done anywhere, anytime –and judging by the feedback—we succeeded.
