Yoga Summer Energy Bootcamp

We have 12 recruits enlisted in the newly refurbished Yoga Studio, diligently and enthusiastically building their Summer Energy. This group has three outdoor sessions included in their Bootcamp program with a lunge, and balancing sequence scheduled for tomorrow morning. We are exploring the concept of helping the energy to flow throughout the entire body, making it lithe, fit, flexible and strong. If it isn’t raining, look for us draped over the stairs of Suncorp Stadium, or standing like a team of Urban Warriors as you walk to work!

    BootCamp has been amazing.
    The first three days have left me with “WOW that was great” each
    morning has had it’s challenges which I’ve found to be very energising.
